Responsibilities * Own the SAP platform roadmap across all modules and workstreams * Manage the end-to-end change request (CR) pipeline * Serve as the primary point of contact for SAP across the business * Facilitate release planning and go-live coordination across workstreams * Identify and drive quick-win automation opportunities * Own the SAP BTP layer * Manage the SAP-side configuration of connections to Salesforce, Workday, OneStream, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 * Oversee e-invoicing compliance across multiple countries * Perform root-cause analysis on SAP integration incidents and lead resolution * Act as the primary commercial and delivery interface with external SAP vendors * Ensure every open CR has a named owner * Coordinate cross-workstream dependencies and sequencing * Contribute to IT cost visibility for SAP-related spend * Support audit, GDPR, and ISO 27001 compliance requirements related to the SAP platform Requirements * 5+ years of experience in SAP programme management, platform ownership, or technical administration * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration,



or a related field * SAP certification (e.g. SAP Certified Application Associate, SAP BTP Integration Suite) is preferred * Proven track record managing SAP BTP integrations, including iFlow configuration, certificate lifecycle, and incident response * Experience working with and governing external SAP development vendors * Familiarity with adjacent enterprise systems (Salesforce, Workday, Dynamics 365, OneStream) at an integration-awareness level * Background in multi-country SAP e-invoicing compliance is strongly preferred * Experience in fast-paced, multi-entity international environments is an advantage * Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage. Demonstrates expertise in SAP platform management, including SAP BTP integrations and compliance with e-invoicing regulations across multiple countries.
