We are seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant Specialist for a temporary position within our client's Shared Service Center (SSC). The successful candidate will be employed by Michael Page for the first six months, with the possibility of a permanent contract thereafter. Client Details SSC within the automotive sector located in the north of Madrid Description Your main tasks will be: * Process supplier invoices and ensure their accuracy and compliance with company policies. * Coordinate payment runs and manage payment schedules efficiently. * Reconcile accounts payable transactions to maintain accurate financial records. * Address supplier inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly. * Support month-end closing activities related to accounts payable. * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth invoice approval workflows. * Maintain and update vendor data in the accounting system as needed. * Assist in audits by providing required documentation and information.
