Our Technology business unit is made up of a dynamic team whose goal is to remain the best experts in the field of consulting for our customers.

We are looking for a Mobile Access Network professional with experience in Mobile Core projects, capable of contributing to network planning, design, optimization, and transformation initiatives within the telecommunications sector. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of mobile network architectures and hands-on experience working on Mobile Core-related projects.

Responsibilities

- Liaise with business stakeholders to gather requirements and identify needs/gaps.
- Analyze fixed telecommunications network architectures.




- Develop High-Level Designs (HLD) for Mobile Core networks.
- Prepare technical proposals for network optimization within the project scope.
- Develop network cost models.
- Define and support the implementation of processes, organizational structures, and tools within the project scope.
- Prepare reports and dashboards.
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery of project deliverables throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Requirements

- Minimum of 3 years' experience working in Mobile Access Network Planning within telecommunications operators.
- Strong knowledge of mobile access network architectures and technologies (2G, 3G, 4G, 5G). Experience in radio network design and optimization will be considered a plus.
- Knowledge of telecommunications operators' OSS systems (inventory, provisioning, management systems, etc.).
- Strong analytical, information structuring, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information effectively.
- Advanced proficiency in presentation, data analysis, and data management tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI). Knowledge of SQL and GIS is desirable.

Additional Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Strong client-facing abilities and effective interaction with multidisciplinary teams within NAE.
- Excellent communication skills, with assertiveness and empathy in problem-solving situations.
- Proactive mindset, creativity, resourcefulness, and ability to work autonomously.
- Interest in learning and working with emerging technologies.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Availability to travel.
