As Finance Manager for Global Component Business, you will support the Finance Head of Component Business in driving financial transparency, performance management, and strategic initiatives across the global organization.

In this highly collaborative role, you will coordinate forecasting and planning activities, consolidate financial and operational information from multiple regions, and provide management with insightful analyses to support decision-making. You will act as a central finance focal point for data collection, reporting, and performance monitoring across the Component Business.

You will work closely with finance teams, operations, supply chain, manufacturing sites, and business leaders worldwide to ensure transparency, alignment, and execution of key business priorities. In addition, you will support strategic projects and transformation initiatives that contribute to the long-term success of the global component business.

How You'll Make An Impact

- Coordinate and consolidate global forecasts, budgets, and long-term planning activities for the Component Business; contribute to strategic planning and business development initiatives.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews through financial analyses and performance reporting; prepare management summaries and presentations for senior leadership; support leadership meetings, reviews, and strategic workshops.
- Monitor financial performance and identify risks, opportunities, and deviations from business targets; establish transparency across global financial and operational KPIs; provide actionable insights to improve business performance and decision-making.
- Drive the collection, validation, and consolidation of financial and business data from multiple stakeholders; support the development of management dashboards and reporting tools; coordinate management requests and ensure timely delivery of information and analyses.




- Support the Finance Head of Component Business and the global leadership team; support business case preparation, investment evaluations, and scenario analyses; coordinate cross-functional topics and ensure alignment between finance and business stakeholders.
- Support strategic projects across the global component business, like CAPEX, value flow analysis and Productivity programs; build strong relationships with regional finance teams and business partners globally; facilitate alignment across functions, regions, and operational entities.

What You Bring

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling, FP&A;, or Business Performance Management.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial analysis processes. Experience working in international and cross-functional environments, with a strong analytical mindset and the ability to translate data into meaningful business insights.

- Advanced Excel skills and experience with SAP, Power BI, or comparable reporting tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Self-driven, structured, and comfortable working in a dynamic global environment.
- Fluent English language skills; additional languages are an advantage.
