As a Process Manager, you will steer IT processes from ITIL to Agile within modern Cloud IT Operations. You will act as the technical liaison for Data Center technicians, coordinate vendors, and keep real-time incident and task tracking via Jira Service Management. You’ll continuously update SOPs in Confluence and ensure compliant security reporting for hardware replacements. You will shape and communicate processes, automate workflows, and drive improvements across the process landscape in a collaborative environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Serve as primary technical liaison for Data Center technicians with clear instruction on hardware replacement schedules and requirements
• Coordinate external vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and service alignment
• Maintain real-time hardware incident and task updates in Jira Service Management




• Proactively update operational workflows and SOPs in Confluence to keep the team aligned
• Oversee compliance and security reporting for hardware replacements, with proper documentation and proofs of work
• Eliminate wait times in Agile workflows and promote automation using common frameworks
• Design and implement internal tools and services to support operations
• Maintain overview of processes, communications, and team motivation; establish and communicate necessary processes
• Engage in improving overarching process landscapes and structures
• Participate xghoner in a collaborative, open-trust community culture
