In this role you will support the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across paid platforms, collaborating with strategy teams to translate business goals into effective online initiatives. You will manage campaigns with autonomy within established processes while receiving mentorship from senior colleagues. The position emphasizes hands-on campaign management and analytical reporting to drive data‑driven performance improvements across a diverse client portfolio. You will work in a cross-functional, general environment where your insights shape campaign outcomes and the broader travel technology mission.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field is preferred
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing or online campaign management
• Strong experience in digital or performance marketing with paid digital advertising
• Experience with paid platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, DV360, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, etc)
• Proficiency with reporting tools and presentation software (Excel and PowerPoint) xghoner
• Familiarity with Power BI and/or Salesforce is a plus
• Hospitality or hotel industry experience is advantageous
• Strong analytical skills and ab
