This is a unique opportunity for a product-minded technologist who thrives on ownership, moves quickly and enjoys building alongside their team. You'll shape product strategy, drive technical direction and leverage AI to accelerate innovation, experimentation and growth.

You will

Own the product roadmap and technical strategy for a portfolio of mobile games

Lead a high-performing team of product, engineering, QA, and design professionals

Drive data-informed decisions using player, monetization, and performance insights

Champion AI-powered workflows across development, analytics, testing, and operations

Remain hands-on with product discovery, architecture decisions, code reviews, and key initiatives

Partner closely with monetization, growth, and data teams to maximise business performance

What you will need

8+ years' experience in software engineering and product leadership within mobile gaming





Strong experience with Unity (C#) and mobile game architecture

Proven ability to lead both product and engineering functions

Deep understanding of game monetisation, analytics, experimentation, and live operations

AI-native mindset, with real-world experience using AI tools to improve product and development outcomes A player-coach leadership style with a passion for building and scaling high-performing teams
