In this role, you will organize and manage production activities within the assigned area to ensure smooth, compliant operations. You will lead and develop the production team, including coaching Team Leaders and Team Members to optimize resources efficiently while following standard procedures, work instructions, quality standards, and safety parameters. You will reinforce company policies and foster continuous team leadership growth. This position offers meaningful impact by shaping frontline performance and process discipline in a production environment.
