We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources & Admin Manager to lead all HR&Admin; operations and people strategies for our growing team in Spain.
Position Summary The HR&Admin; Manager for Spain is a pivotal role, acting as a strategic partner to the local management team and a trusted advisor to all employees. You will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, ensuring legal compliance, driving talent management initiatives, and implementing HR&Admin; programs that support business objectives and enhance our workplace culture..
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives.
2. Execute end-to-end HR operations across Chinese and local teams, covering the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment, selection, and development to retention and separation.
3. Build and integrate hybrid teams comprising both Chinese and Europe local talent to support rapid scaling and enhance organizational effectiveness.
4. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:Develop effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent, leveraging local job boards, social media, and recruitment agencies.
5.Employee Relations & Compliance:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters, providing expert and confidential counsel to managers and employees.
- Ensure 100% compliance with all Spanish labor laws, collective bargaining agreements, and social security regulations.
6.Compensation & Benefits:
- Administer the local payroll process in close collaboration with external providers and/or finance department, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Oversee the annual salary review and bonus allocation process.
7.Performance & Talent Management:
- Implement and champion the company’s performance management cycle, guiding managers on goal setting, feedback, and development discussions.
- Support succession planning and career development initiatives for key talents.
8.Admin Tasks such as visitor management, Office & Supplier management, Document & Administrative Support
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in an HR Manager or similar leadership role, preferably within an international company in Spain.
- In-depth, practical knowledge of Spanish labor law and the social security system is a must.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end HR processes, including recruitment, ER, payroll, and C&B.;

- Fluent in Spanish and English is mandatory. Chinese is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
