As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by engaging with prospective and existing customers, identifying their needs, and delivering tailored solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing inbound customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely, professional, and accurate support.
- Consulting with customers to understand their business needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with leads and customers to foster engagement and drive sales opportunities.
- Accurately updating and maintaining customer information and sales activities within the CRM system.
- Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to overall team performance goals.
- Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of products, pricing, promotions, and internal procedure
