Responsibilities * Understand business and functional requirements for ServiceNow. * Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, functional teams, Support Squad, Product and Business Owners. * Create test strategies, plans, and cases for various modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, etc. * Define test scenarios for workflows, integrations, and customizations. * Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing. * Generate testing reports and maintain test documentation. * Validate ServiceNow modules, custom scripts, and APIs. * Test upgrades and patches to ensure smooth platform updates. * Identify, document, and track defects and work closely with developers to ensure they are resolved. * Assess readiness to deploy each release. * Create complex reports and dashboards to meet business requirements.



* Take ownership and follow up closely on assigned projects, ensuring targets are met. Requirements * Degree in IT/IT related fields or equal by experience. * 3-5 years of experience in QA/Testing roles, particularly with ServiceNow Projects. * Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving skills. * Experience working in Agile squads. * Working in an international environment is considered a plus. * Attention to detail for identifying and documenting bugs. * ITIL framework understanding and experience in ITSM processes and workflows. * Being a team player and versátil. * Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). * Proactive and can‑do attitude. #J-18808-Ljbffr
