In this role you will drive profitable growth for Spain and Portugal, leading the commercial strategy for OE and Services. You will build executive relationships, expand market share, and ensure growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. As the senior commercial leader, you represent Wabtec with customers and industry stakeholders, shaping strategic opportunities and cross-functional execution. This is a chance to influence a diverse portfolio and guide a high-impact sales organization toward sustained market leadership.

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for Spain and Portugal across OE and Services
• Deliver order intake, margin, and growth aligned with regional priorities
• Develop a robust pipeline and strategic account development to expand market share
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships with operators, manufacturers, maintainers, and regulators
• Lead identification, qualification,
and conversion of strategic opportunities and bids
• Drive disciplined opportunity management and cross-functional collaboration across Product Lines, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Finance
• Coach and develop a high-performing sales organization and foster a culture of accountability and commercial excellence
• Ensure CRM discipline, installed base visibility, and accurate forecasting and reporting
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Engineering
• Minimum 10-15 years in technical sales, business development, key account management, or commercial xghoner leadership
• Experience in rail, rolling stock, transportation, mobility, or related industrial sectors
• Proven success managing complex sales cycles, strategic bids, and high-value customer relationships
• Experience managing OE and Services businesses; international/matrix organizations preferred
