Heymondo is a rapidly growing travel insurance company known for its dynamic and collaborative work environment. We are seeking a forward-thinkingDigital Portfolio Analyst with excellent interpersonal skills to join our software product delivery organisation as a servant leader to launch and support our mission: making life easier for travellers. This pivotal role focuses on close collaboration with Product Managers, QA, and IT teams to ensure the successful delivery of our roadmap.

You will support this mission by driving organisational maturity through the facilitation of Scrum ceremonies, helping teamsrefine their practices, removing impediments , and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. as such, you will help tailor the methodology (Agile or otherwise) to what works best for each specific team to ensure effective and predictable delivery. Apply best practices in agile/non agile framework, always keeping deadlines and priorities clear whilst aligning the team, acting as a methodological reference. Design and maintain the project roadmap, defining key phases, milestones, dependencies, target dates, and owners to ensure effective coordination across teams.

Facilitate

Agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, retrospectives, and sprints reviews) as well as meetings to support decision-making processes. Plan deployments to the testing/pro environment in collaboration with QA and IT.

Track

Agile KPIs (velocity,



burndown charts, sprint progress, work load) to enable data-driven decision making. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Information Technology, Product Management, Marketing, Advertising, Psychology, Engineering or any other related field. 3-4 years of relevant work experience as a Scrum Master or Digital Portfolio Analyst in digital, web, app development environment. Organised, proactive, and pragmatic in problem-solving, with a strong commitment to continuous improvement, balancing agile best practices with the flexibility needed to adapt.

Scrum or Agile certificate. JIRA Software & Confluence. Ability to set up dashboards and reports to effectively track sprints and agile performance metrics in Jira would be a plus. and Jira configurations to enhance reporting and support decision-making will be considered an asset.

Good understanding of the software development lifecycle, and agile project management. Managing 4 / 5 digital products and multiple squads. Proficient in web and app products. Project and Time Management skills.

Full Time

Adaptable hours (7.5 hours a day) 100% Remote (we have a very nice office right next to Torre Agbar in Barcelona in case you want to work from there too) Eligibility: Must reside in Spain and have the legal right to work. Flexible and good work environment
