About the Role

Act as the representative of Group IT within France and the representative of French business priorities within Group IT, ensuring alignment between business objectives, technology strategy and investment decisions.

The role serves as a trusted advisor and partner to France Country Leadership and Group IT stakeholders, providing visibility of business priorities, demand, project status, risks, dependencies and opportunities. It supports effective governance, prioritisation and decision-making across the French IT portfolio.

By capturing and translating country and business insights into actionable inputs, the role contributes to the continuous evolution of Group IT roadmaps, planning cycles and technology priorities. It helps ensure that Group IT capabilities, investments and initiatives deliver business value aligned with the global IT strategy and enterprise standards.

The role also promotes cross-country collaboration, knowledge sharing and reuse of Group IT capabilities, contributing to a consistent operating model and stronger collaboration across the organisation.

In addition, the position coordinates the delivery of workplace and end-user IT services in France, ensuring alignment between local business needs, global ITSM standards and external service providers. This is a strategic business-partner role and does not provide first-line technical or end-user support.

What You’ll Do

France Relationship Management

- Act as the primary Group IT relationship partner for France, ensuring effective alignment between business priorities, local needs and Group IT objectives.
- Represent French business perspectives within Group IT planning, prioritisation and governance processes.
- Build trusted relationships with France Country Leadership and key stakeholders, serving as the main point of coordination, alignment and escalation.
- Promote awareness and understanding of Group IT strategies, capabilities, initiatives and investment priorities across the French organisation.

Portfolio Visibility and Governance

- Maintain a holistic view of the French IT portfolio, including initiatives, demand, project progress, risks, dependencies and roadmap priorities.
- Provide visibility and business insights to support governance forums, prioritisation discussions and executive decision-making.
- Identify, anticipate and escalate critical risks, issues and dependencies affecting strategic objectives and delivery commitments.
- Facilitate alignment between French business priorities and Group IT portfolio, governance and planning processes.

Strategic Planning and Business Insight

- Capture, synthesise and translate French business insights into actionable inputs supporting Group IT roadmaps, planning cycles and technology priorities.
- Identify emerging business needs,



opportunities and trends that may influence future Group IT investments and strategic initiatives.
- Contribute to the evolution of Group IT priorities by providing the French business perspective on challenges, opportunities and market dynamics.

Stakeholder and Conflict Management

- Act as a trusted intermediary between French stakeholders and Group IT teams when projects, services or stakeholder relationships are at risk.
- Facilitate constructive discussions, de-escalate complex situations and support the definition of practical recovery plans.
- Influence senior stakeholders and mobilise the appropriate Group IT teams to address critical business needs, including situations where the role has no direct hierarchical authority.

Cross-Country Collaboration and Operating Model

- Promote cross-country collaboration, knowledge sharing and reuse of Group IT capabilities, solutions and best practices.
- Foster consistency in stakeholder engagement, governance and communication practices across countries.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Country Relationship operating model.
- Potentially support additional countries as the operating model evolves.

IT Service Delivery and Operations Coordination

- Ensure the effective delivery of IT services in France, including workplace assets, local infrastructure, first-level support coordination and IT communications, in alignment with integral ITSM processes and standards.
- Oversee local service desk and field-support activities, including VIP support, to promote a high-quality user experience.
- Coordinate local IT requirements for events and specific business activities.
- Serve as the senior escalation point for French stakeholders.
- Coordinate service delivery through the corresponding internal teams and external providers rather than directly providing end-user support.

What We’re Looking For

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field is valuable.
- An MBA or Master’s degree in Business, Technology Management, Digital Transformation or a similar field is considered an advantage.
- Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, ISO 20000/27001 awareness or cloud fundamentals are valuable.

Experience

- +5 years of experience in IT business partnering, project or programme management, consulting, business operations or technology-enabled transformation.
- Experience working in a large multinational or complex matrix organisation.
- Proven ability to manage and influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects, priorities, risks and dependencies.
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict, escalations and complex stakeholder situations.
- Good understanding of corporate technology environments and the role of IT in supporting business transformation.
