Overview
In this role you will lead the analytics function to empower decision-making across 13 markets. You will coach a small team, shape AI-enabled analytics, and translate business needs into scalable data products. You will partner with senior leaders to uncover opportunities, run experiments, and deliver clear, actionable insights. Responsabilidades
Lead and grow a 2–3 person analytics team using agile practices
Coach analysts to develop technically and professionally while focusing on impact
Coordinate with integral and local stakeholders to ensure work aligns with priorities
Drive AI-first analytics through upskilling and reusable code libraries
Partner with VP roles to understand business gaps and surface opportunities




Lead deep-dive analyses to explain causes and prescribe actions
Plan and analyze experiments (A/B tests and beyond) to inform decisions
Build and maintain scalable data models and automations
Develop dashboards in Looker and/or Tableau for non-technical stakeholders
Ensure outputs align with BI standards and address data gaps
Translate business needs into requirements for BI, Data Platform and Product Analytics
Create an interpretation layer for AI-generated insights for end users
Deliver market performance insights to senior stakeholders
Requisitos principales
~ Degree in a quantitative field (Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, or similar)
~+5 years analytics experience including +1–2 years in a leadership role
~ Very good SQL skills (BigQuery preferred)
~ Python is a plus
~ Experience designing automations and scalable data models
~ Experience establishing AI-first ways of working (shared libraries, GitHub architecture)
