ResponsibilitiesProviding strategic legal advice across the UKI and Iberia region and selected EMEA markets, including matters related to risk, competition, and regulatory complianceSupporting product lifecycle management and launches by advising on medical device regulations, marketing law, and commercial strategyAdvising on direct-to-consumer business models, including contractual matters and consumer protection requirementsDrafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements across various business functionsLeading legal support for the MiniMed separation project and overseeing corporate governance complianceMonitoring legal and regulatory developments and implementing appropriate business responsesManaging disputes, litigation, and regulatory investigations in collaboration with external counselDelivering compliance training and managing relationships with stakeholders and external legal advisorsRequired Knowledge and ExperienceLegal qualifications, admission to practice law requiredMinimum 8 years of relevant legal experience,
