Overview
As Senior Marketing Manager for the UK, you own and scale Factorials UK go-to-market engine, translating market insights into a measurable pipeline and revenue impact. You will design an integrated, multi-channel demand generation strategy across paid media, CRM, ABM, events, content, partnerships, and offline activations, partnering with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing. You'll identify high-potential ICPs, allocate budgets, and build repeatable, scalable programs that connect marketing to MRR. The role sits in the Global Expansion team and requires balancing strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-growing SaaS environment. You will represent Factorial externally and shape the UK市场?

Responsabilidades
- Own the UK marketing and demand generation strategy aligned to pipeline, MRR, and revenue targets
- Develop and execute an integrated multi-channel plan (paid, CRM, inbound, outbound, ABM, events, webinars, content, partnerships,



offline)
- Create campaigns around priority ICPs, industries, accounts, products, and commercial priorities
- Collaborate with Sales and BDR teams to generate and accelerate qualified pipeline
- Lead UK events, webinars, and market activation strategy linked to broader campaigns
- Develop strategic partner marketing programs with UK partners to drive demand and pipeline
- Manage paid acquisition, lifecycle, nurture, and conversion programs
- Own UK marketing budget and vendor management
- Define and monitor KPIs (pipeline, MRR, conversion, CAC, CPD/CPL, ROI, revenue contribution)
- Use data to optimize investment, identify scalable opportunities, and prune underperforming activities
- Build scalable processes, campaigns, and frameworks for long-term UK growth
- Represent Factorial externally at events, webinars, and industry forums
- Share UK market insights and learnings with the wider GTM org
