Job Title Accounts Executive (German Speaker) Location Madrid, Spain Requirements * Native or bilingual proficiency in German. * Native or bilingual proficiency in English. * 1-6 years of solid commercial experience (e.g., BDR, SDR, call center, outbound prospecting). * Mandatory residence in Spain. * Comfortable with cold-calling and strong KPI/metrics orientation. * Availability aligned with US time zone Key Responsibilities * Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to subscription close. * Conduct client meetings and manage free trials. * Handle account handover to Customer Experience post-subscription. * Manage a high volume of calls, approximately 80-100 per day, with leads auto-assigned by the system. * Achieve KPIs including calls, demos, trial-to-paid conversions, and MRR generated Eligibility * EU citizenship OR * Valid work permit for Spain Additional Information * Comprehensive training provided for approximately 4 weeks during the first month, fully on-site in Madrid. * This is a permanent contract position. * Enjoy 22 days of annual leave plus 24-31 December discretionary days,

Monthly performance multiplier: <80% of target = x1; 80% = x1.3; 100% = x2; 150% = x3. Quarterly (31 Mar / 30 Jun / 30 Sep / 31 Dec): if the quarter average achievement exceeds 150%, the whole quarter commissions are adjusted with a 3x multiplier. * During Ramp-Up, the multiplier is x1 until 100% of target is reached.
