Role Description The Listing Agent role is a full-time, on-site position based in Marbella.

The Listing

Agent will source and secure new property listings, meet with property owners, conduct property evaluations, and advise on pricing and market positioning. Day-to-day tasks include preparing listing agreements, coordinating professional photography and marketing materials, uploading and maintaining listings on various platforms, and managing inquiries from potential buyers and cooperating agents.

Agent will conduct property viewings, gather and relay feedback to sellers, negotiate offers in line with company guidelines, and support clients throughout the sales process. Collaboration with colleagues, staying updated on the local Costa del Sol market,



and representing Bjurfors Marbella in a professional manner are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong client relationship and customer service skills, including the ability to build trust, listen actively, and communicate clearly with diverse clients.
- Sales and negotiation skills relevant to real estate, with the ability to present properties effectively and handle offers and counteroffers professionally.
- Knowledge of real estate markets, preferably along the Costa del Sol, including property valuation, local trends, and basic understanding of Spanish property regulations.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple listings, viewings, and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with digital tools and listing platforms, including CRM systems, online property portals, and basic MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Strong oral and written communication skills; fluency in English is required, and fluency in Spanish and/or Swedish is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Marbella, with flexibility to attend client meetings and property viewings, including occasional evenings and weekends.
- Previous experience as a real estate agent or in a sales-focused role is preferred; relevant real estate certifications or licenses in Spain are an advantage.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation for property visits along the Costa del Sol.
