Overview
As an Account Executive at Deel, you drive sales growth by acquiring new customers and managing key relationships within a defined segment. You will lead the full sales cycle, tailor solutions, and negotiate contracts to secure new business while expanding existing accounts. You work cross-functionally to ensure a seamless client experience and rely on a strong pipeline to meet revenue targets. Responsabilidades Manage designated accounts and build relationships with key stakeholders
Identify and develop opportunities for new business and account expansion
Lead the full sales process from prospecting to closing
Present Deel's value proposition with tailored solutions




Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound and inbound activities
Collaborate with SDR, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Sales Ops, and Legal
Prepare forecasts and keep CRM data up to date
Meet or exceed monthly and yearly revenue targets
Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and product opportunities
Requisitos principales Relevant B2B sales experience with proven revenue results
Strong relationship-building and multi-stakeholder navigation
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments
Familiarity with structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, customer-centric selling)
Proficiency with CRM tools and pipeline forecasting
Track record of developing greenfield territory in France with net-new logos
