Who We Are

Webster & Co is a team of 17 international real estate professionals in Marbella and the Costa del Sol, with over ten years of experience on average, multilingual skills and in-house marketing. From day one, the founders felt that high-end real estate was too driven by closing deals, and had lost sight of empathy, trust and human connection. Webster & Co. made those qualities its core strength.

About the role

Join our in-house marketing team and help us maintain our company's branding, creativity and professionalism across all our channels.

You will support the day-to-day work of the Marketing Manager and the team, from creating and organising marketing materials to keeping our content consistent and delivered on time.

What you will do

- Support the Marketing Manager and team with day-to-day tasks, from content creation to campaign organisation.
- Create and adapt visual content for social media, listings, newsletters and presentations.
- Prepare and organise marketing materials, brand assets and files.




- Keep our brand look and feel consistent across all channels.

Who you are

- Highly organised, with attention to detail and a good sense of priorities.
- Dynamic, proactive and ready to take initiative.
- A team player who enjoys working with people.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (both required).
- Comfortable working with the Adobe suite and Figma.

Nice to have

- Knowledge of graphic design.
- Previous experience in marketing, social media or content creation.
- An interest in real estate, lifestyle or luxury.
