Agency : Havas Media Group Spain Job Description : The HR Administration Partner is supporting all HR administration procedures for the organization. Mission & Responsibilities * Review and maintain data accuracy in the systems * Assist with the process of payroll * Help track employee time and paid time off balances * Assist employees with payroll related questions and concerns * Assist with the processing of new hire, status change and termination paperwork enrolment and benefit changes * Effectively communicate with staff and management regarding updates and changes * Assist the HR teams in managing work place injuries, in itinere accidents and ensure process flow with the administration of all leave of absence requests * May assist in safety and hygiene support and/or compliance Qualifications & Languages * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR Administration * Languages: English (Intermediate)
