If you are interested in planning, supply chain and process improvement, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the Planning and Supply team, supporting the continuous improvement of internal processes, reporting and knowledge management.

Your role will be:

- Support the Planning and Supply team in their daily activities and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes.
- Design and generate ad hoc reports to support decision-making and help migrate existing Excel reports to Power BI.
- Support the implementation and development of Power BI reports for the team.
- Map existing processes and support their standardization and improvement.
- Create, update and maintain manuals to consolidate know-how and standardize daily processes.
- Review existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
- Support the automation of repetitive tasks using Power Automate and Python, contributing to the development of an automation culture.
- Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions, contributing ideas and supporting new initiatives.

What you need for the role:

- Currently enrolled in a university degree or master's programme, preferably in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or a related field.




- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- An interest in planning, supply chain, process improvement and data analysis.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Interest in developing knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate and Python.
- A proactive attitude, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- A team player with a strong willingness to learn and contribute.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.
- Good command of English.
