About The Team And The Mission You will join a newly established team that owns Omada's Agent Governance product line. AI agents now make decisions and touch sensitive systems thousands of times a day, and most enterprises are not certain what those agents are allowed to do.

Governing them is becoming a deal-blocker in competitive evaluations. Omada has a working prototype in customer hands, and with EmpowerID we can add runtime controls that stop an agent the moment it steps outside its boundaries.

Your mission is to turn that prototype and the EmpowerID technology into one product that customers adopt, renew, and expand. That means getting to production-grade (secure, scalable, multi-tenant) and building the evidence the market wants: adoption data, customer outcomes, and pipeline influence. We work in a fully agentic SDLC. AI-assisted development is the default across the team, from stories and design to implementation, review, and testing.

This is a foundational opportunity. You will join early enough to shape the team, the technical direction, and the working practices. We are looking for someone with initiative and drive who wants to build this into a success and takes ownership from day one.

About The Role As Product Manager for Agent Governance, you own the product, from backlog to business outcomes. You report to Omada's Director of Product Management and partner with the Engineering Manager as a peer.

This is not a delivery-only role. You define what success looks like, track whether it is happening, and change course when it is not. You own the roadmap, the metrics, and the narrative.

During the initial bridge phase, the bridging team's Product Owners partner with you on knowledge transfer. From day one, you own the Agent Governance product end-to-end.





This position is open to candidates based in Copenhagen, Alicante, Warsaw, or fully remote in Europe.

What You'll Do

- Translate Omada's Agent Governance strategy into a sequenced delivery plan, from early access to production-ready to long-term roadmap.
- Own the product backlog: refine, prioritize, and keep it ready for the team.
- Define and track the metrics that matter: adoption, customer health, retention, expansion, and pipeline contribution. Make them visible to leadership.
- Work with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and the wider Product organization to learn how customers use the product, ground the product story in real outcomes, and keep Agent Governance aligned with the Omada Identity Cloud roadmap and the EmpowerID teams.
- Actively participate in the scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, and reviews), working in close partnership with the Engineering Manager.

What You Bring

- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner on a B2B SaaS product, including backlog ownership, roadmap accountability, agile/scrum practice, and direct work with engineering.
- Experience in security, risk, or Identity and Access Management (IAM) product work, or a strong working background in the domain. You can talk credibly about access control, risk, and compliance with customers and engineers.
- Curiosity about AI agents and the willingness to go first. Direct experience with agents is not required, because the category is new.
- Hands-on use of AI in your own work, such as writing specs, analyzing data, or prototyping, with you reviewing and owning the output. You understand how agentic development shapes story refinement, definition of done, and sprint capacity.
- Experience defining and tracking product metrics such as adoption, retention, expansion, or NPS, and knowing which numbers signal trouble.
- Strong technical literacy.



You can hold a credible conversation with senior engineers about architectural trade-offs, even if you don't write production code.
- Comfort with the ambiguity of an early product. You write things down clearly, decide with incomplete information, and revisit decisions when new information arrives.
- Ownership from day one. You pick up a product you did not build, form a view quickly, and decide without waiting to be told.
- Excellent written and spoken English, and the right to work in your country of residence in Europe.

Bonus

- Deeper identity security experience (IGA, privileged access management, or Zero Trust) or familiarity with non-human identity and agent concepts such as service accounts, machine identities, secret management, and MCP.
- Experience taking a product from prototype to production, ideally in multi-tenant SaaS, and the discipline to harden before adding features.
