Real Estate Sales Agent – Mallorca For salespeople who win — but are playing in the wrong league.Spanish C2 · English C1 (international team and buyers) · €40,000–€100,000 OTE in year 1 · Uncapped commission · Immediate start
DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?You’re good. Probably better than most people in your office.
You close deals. You hit your numbers. Your name comes up in sales meetings.
And yet, on a Tuesday afternoon, while showing yet another interchangeable apartment from someone else’s portfolio, you find yourself thinking:
Is this really it?
You’re selling a product you’re not excited about, with an income ceiling your boss has no intention of raising, inside a company that is run more like a hobby than a serious business.
You don’t need another property portfolio.
You need a different league.
If you just nodded, keep reading.
- WHO WE AREIsleño Island Homes is building the best-managed renovated-apartment brand in Mallorca.
We buy apartments with potential, renovate them using our own design system, and sell them fully finished and ready to move into for €300,000–€500,000 to international entrepreneurs and remote professionals who want to live where other people go on holiday.
We are not a real estate agency.
We are a vertically integrated real estate company. Acquisition, construction, design, marketing and sales all sit under one roof — and everything is measured with data.
You won’t be selling other people’s listings.
You’ll be selling our own product, currently around two newly renovated apartments per month.
Small team. Fast decisions. Everything gets measured.
Including you.
- FROM → TO: WHAT CHANGES FOR YOU IN 12 MONTHSWhere you probably are today:Top performer selling an interchangeable product · capped income · CRM used as decoration while the presente pipeline lives inside your boss’s head · defending prices you don’t really believe in.
Where you could be in 12 months:Uncapped variable compensation driven by your own closings — at two sales per month, you would exceed €85,000 per year · listening back to your recorded calls because you genuinely want to improve · selling a product you would recommend to your own friends · seeing your market feedback influence which apartment we buy next · living on the island other people see as a holiday destination.
- YOUR ACTUAL DAY-TO-DAY08:30 — Daily team meeting
You present your plan for the day.
09:00–11:00 — Call block
You book viewings and activate collaborators, ideally making 20–30 calls every morning. CRM updated. Follow-ups completed.
11:00–12:00 — Training & Deal Deep Dive
We listen to real calls,
run roleplays and work together to move open deals forward.
From 14:00 onwards — Client viewings, collaborator meetings and content creation A minimum of three client viewings or collaborator meetings per day. You position yourself as the expert on living in Mallorca.
If you want to win your month, you have to win your day.
Here, we look at the numbers every morning.
If that motivates you, you may finally have found a company that measures performance honestly.
- WHAT YOU WILL DOYour first 30 daysYou learn the product, our buyer profile and the Isleño sales method: consultative, high-ticket selling.
You handle calls, run discovery conversations, join property viewings and close your first deals with weekly coaching.
From month one onwardsYou own your entire pipeline, from qualified lead through reservation contract and notary signing.
You negotiate within a clear framework, build your referral network, and feed market insight directly back to our acquisition and construction teams:
What sells quickly?
Which objections keep coming up?
What should we buy next?
- WHO YOU AREIf six or more of the following describe you, we should talk.
If they don’t, close the tab — we’ll save each other some time.
- You ask before you sell. By the second call, you remember the names of your client’s children.
- You take ownership. When a deal falls apart, you look at yourself before blaming the market.
- Mediocrity makes you physically uncomfortable.
- You have discipline outside work. Sport, your own project, something you consistently pursue even when nobody is watching.
- You are comfortable with tension. You can say “no” to a deal that does not fit, and you can defend a price you genuinely believe in.
- You ask for coaching, because you understand that the gap between being good and being exceptional is closed through external feedback.
- You recognise manipulation techniques immediately — and you don’t use them.
- WHAT YOU BRING
- Proven sales results, backed by numbers. The industry does not matter: real estate, insurance, premium automotive, B2B, high-ticket sales. Bring your numbers to the interview.
- Spanish at C2 level and English at C1 level. You will use both every day: the sales team works in English and most of our buyers are international.
- You already live in Mallorca or are genuinely prepared to relocate within a matter of weeks. We can support you with your NIE and administrative paperwork.
- A valid driving licence.
Something we value especially — but do not require:Proven competitive discipline.
Competitive sport, a marathon, triathlon, playing in a federated team, or a personal project you have pursued consistently for years.
You can usually tell by the way someone handles losing.
What you do NOT need:Real estate experience, a university degree or German.
We are looking for character, hunger and a track record that proves both.
We will teach you the product and the method.
- WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT
- This is not a lifestyle job. If your main reason for applying is Mallorca, you will probably be disappointed within six months — with us and with yourself. The island is the result of doing great work, not the bait.
- This is not a desk job. Your mornings are spent on the phone. If 20 calls sounds like a lot, this is not the place for you.
- This is not catalogue selling. No houses, no villas, no third-party listings. You sell our own apartments only.
- This is not a “senior means no coaching” role. Even if you have been selling for 15 years, you become a student again here. If that offends you, we are not a fit.
- This is not a 9-to-5 job. Buyers message in the afternoons and occasionally on weekends. In return, you get a degree of weekday flexibility most people only experience while on holiday.
- WHAT WE OFFERLet’s start with compensation, because that is what actually matters:
- €40,000–€100,000 gross OTE in year one (estimated, not guaranteed), with uncapped variable compensation. Permanent employment contract.
- Commission for every stage you successfully complete — qualification, discovery, viewing and closing. You get paid for what you produce, starting with your first deal.
- Qualified buyers generated through our own marketing funnel. You are not expected to survive on cold prospecting.
- Weekly training in the Isleño sales method: real calls, roleplays and team feedback.
- A trial day before either side makes a final decision — reducing the risk for both sides.
- THE PROCESSApplication (5 min)
→ Video questions (10 min; reviewed by a real person)
→ Realistic sales assessment
→ Personality test
→ Interview focused on your track record and numbers
→ Trial day
You receive honest feedback at every stage.
