Experteer Overview
In this hands-on role, you lead a large, diverse team to keep demand pace across your area while ensuring safety and quality. You’ll work with cross-functional partners to standardise shift processes, drive productivity, and address challenges in a dynamic, global operations environment. You will analyse data to identify improvements and partner with engineers to discuss technical trade-offs. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role near the core of daily operations with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Responsabilidades
• Completed University degree before start date or within the last 24 months
• Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local language
• Relevant experience in data analysis
