Overview In this role, you will shape and govern total rewards across Europe, the Middle East and Africa during a period of transformation. You’ll partner with HR and global rewards teams to ensure market-aligned compensation, benefits and retirement programs that support talent attraction, retention and workforce effectiveness. You will be the primary EMEA contact for regional rewards, leveraging data-driven insights to inform decisions and drive governance. This position offers the opportunity to influence a standalone operating model and collaborate across cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable rewards solutions. Responsabilidades * Deliver compensation planning, salary reviews and rewards processes across the region with data-informed recommendations * Ensure governance, job evaluation and compensation practices align across EMEA markets * Leverage market benchmarking and workforce insights to inform talent, retention and investment decisions * Serve as the primary regional contact for the General Benefits Director on EMEA benefits and retirement programs * Collaborate with benefits vendors, consultants,



trustees and local stakeholders for administration and program management * Provide benefits and retirement program analysis to support decision-making, risk management and sustainability * Identify opportunities to streamline rewards processes and enhance operational efficiency and transparency * Support compliance with local requirements across EMEA countries Requisitos principales * 7+ years of progressive Total Rewards or broad HR experience with substantial compensation responsibility * Experience supporting multi-country compensation programs across EMEA * Experience supporting pension, retirement or long-term savings programs in a multinational environment * Experience partnering with HR and business stakeholders on compensation, benefits and workforce decisions * Knowledge of compensation, benefits and retirement practices across multiple EMEA countries * Experience with external compensation surveys and market benchmarking methodologies * Experience in a multinational organization and fluency in English * stakeholder engagement * analytical mindset * collaboration * Workday Compensation (or similar HR technologies) * market benchmarking methodologies * rewards analytics
