12+ years in software engineering
~3+ years leading teams of 15+ engineers or large-scale delivery
~ Proven experience with high-scale external-facing mobile and web platforms
~ Strong experience designing digital products using .NET (preferred) / Python / Java
~ Deploying on cloud providers such as AWS (preferred) / Azure
