At ASTEK Iberia, we are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join a leading company in the aviation and travel technology sector, contributing to innovative digital solutions within the aviation industry

? Main responsibilities:

- Act as an ambassador for Agile values, promoting and teaching an Agile mindset and Agile frameworks across product teams.
- Guide and coach product teams, supporting Product Owners in delivering continuous customer value.
- Serve as a servant leader with a strong hands-on mentality, proactively removing impediments that may affect team performance.
- Foster collaboration through empathy and outstanding communication skills, helping teams navigate and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Drive continuous improvement and encourage the adoption of innovative and creative solutions.
- Support teams in delivering high-quality solutions with speed through a pragmatic approach.
- Actively participate in an Agile Community of Practice, sharing knowledge and best practices.
- Work in an international and diverse environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

? Who are you?

- At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or working within an Agile team.
- Strong Agile mindset with proven expertise in implementing agility within cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of software development processes, dependencies, and digital products.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Willingness to step outside your comfort zone and continuously learn and grow.
- Excellent communication, coaching, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Very good command of the English language.
- Collaborative, empathetic, proactive, and solution-oriented professional.

Nice to have





- Experience participating in Agile communities of practice.
- Experience working in multicultural and international environments.
