Overview
In this role you help translate complex data into strategic actions that boost profitability and commercial effectiveness across international markets. You will collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, and Pricing & KAM to optimize gross-to-net, pricing, contracting, and revenue realization. You’ll build standardized KPIs and executive dashboards to enable data-driven decisions and measurable business impact. Responsabilidades
Analyze gross-to-net performance to improve revenue realization and profitability
Derive actionable insights from pricing, rebates, discounts, and contracting across international markets
Design and maintain standardized performance scorecards and KPI frameworks
Create executive dashboards to drive data-informed commercial decisions




Collaborate with Finance, Customer Service, and Pricing & KAM teams to deliver measurable impact
Conduct scenario analyses to quantify risks and financial outcomes of strategic actions
Drive adoption of best practices and accountability for commercial performance excellence
Requisitos principales
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Life Sciences, Mathematics, or related field
Significant experience in Business Planning & Analysis, Commercial Finance, Pricing, Revenue Management, or Strategy
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models and healthcare market dynamics
Expertise in gross-to-net processes, pricing strategies, contracting, rebates, and commercial performance analytics
Advanced analytical skills with experience interpreting large datasets and generating actionable insights
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across integral cross-functiona
