Job Summary:

Super Micro Computer is looking for a results-oriented Human Resources professional who possesses a solid skill set and experience. The person holding this key position must be an effective business partner with strong collaboration, planning, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills who has demonstrated the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.



The desired candidate will have a successful track record as an HR Business Partner including strengths in compensation, recruiting, talent management, HR training, policies, compliance, employee relations. This position will be based out of headquarter office in San Jose, CA and will be interacting with all levels of management while fostering a positive work environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

HR Business Partner job responsibilities will include, but not limited to:

• Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals, workforce challenges, and strategic priorities, and translate them into actionable HR solutions.

• Provide expert guidance to support managers and employees regarding employee relations, performance management, policy interpretation, workplace concerns, and conflict resolution.

• Coach and influence leaders on employee development, talent management, engagement, retention strategies, succession planning and performance impr
