An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Global Commercial Finance team within B2B.

This is a key role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial Finance. The successful candidate will be a business partner with the regional Sales and Finance teams, providing key reporting & insights, and helping the team to unlock operational efficiencies that translate to better business performance. Gathering and consolidating financial and business inputs across all of B2B's regional divisions, preparing slides and summary documents of the key B2B story for executive reporting, financial modelling, competitive analysis, business case development, forecasting, and identifying and implementing strategies to drive operational efficiencies and automation.

Ensure delivery of monthly and quarterly business performance metrics and insights for distribution to B2B Sales and Finance management. Assist with the preparation and delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial management information and high-level commentary for distribution at an Executive level. Assist with the modelling of the long-range financial plan (3+ years), by building and enhancing the financial model, partnering closely with Finance, Strategy, and Sales leadership to gather key insights and divisional growth drivers, and translating these into clear financial targets and growth ambitions for the organization.

Work with the Senior Commercial Finance Manager, Finance team,



and Sales leadership to drive improvements in operational reporting, focused on delivering greater insight to business performance. Perform ad-hoc analysis to support cross-regional commercial projects and initiatives as well as deep-dives into specific topics to support the growth of the business and mitigate risk. Support the Senior Commercial Finance Manager to enhance, develop and implement improved processes and controls, to facilitate sustainable, profitable scaling of the B2B business.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; Highly fluent in English (written and spoken) Confirmed commercial finance experience Validated ability to analyze data to solve business problems and provide strong business insight and recommendations Proven ability to interpret and present data in a visually compelling format to financial and non-financial audiences Strong Excel skills, including model building, formula optimization, data validation and error troubleshooting Experience leveraging AI agents, Power Pivot, and Power BI is a plus Proven ability to deep-dive into large data sets and identify key drivers or unusual variances Proven ability to operate autonomously and to juggle multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively and meet deadlines Someone who thrives in large, global, fast-moving organizations Location and Contract Spain, in alignment with our versátil work model which requires employees to be in-office at least three days a week.



The total cash range for this position in Madrid is €43,000.00 to €60,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to €69,000.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
