Who we are

AI Case Leads is a performance marketing company. We find people who have been injured in accidents, and we connect them with personal injury law firms. Our clients are law firms, and we are paid for one thing: signed cases (a client who signs with the firm).
Here is how it works:
• The ads. We run short-form video ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram).
• The lead. Someone who was in an accident sees the ad and fills out a form or calls us.
• The intake. Our call team speaks with them, checks whether they have a case, and connects them with a law firm.
• The result. The person signs with the firm. That signed case is the only number that matters.

So every ad is judged on cost per signed case, not likes, views or clicks. An ad that gets cheap clicks from people who never sign is a losing ad. You will learn to see the whole path from the first three seconds of an ad to a signed client.

Why this role exists
Today our co-founder directs the creative himself. We are hiring you to take that over: to own what we make, why we make it, and what we learn from it, so he can step back.




You will work closely with our co-founder, our media buyer, and our video editors and content creators, and you will use our in-house AI tool, which breaks each ad down scene by scene and shows where viewers drop off.

What you will do

Creative strategy
• Come up with new ad angles and hooks every week
• Decide which concepts get made, which get scaled, and which get replaced
• Study competitor ads and what is working in our category
• Check every concept against Meta’s ad policy and legal advertising rules before it is filmed. Legal ads are a regulated category, so this matters

Briefs and production
• Write production briefs that spell out the hook, structure, pacing, script, on-screen text, call to action and visual direction
• Direct editors and UGC creators day to day, and give written feedback on finished ads against your brief
• Write scripts and outline storyboards for video
