We’re looking for a highly experienced IAM Technical Lead with strong hands-on expertise in One Identity Manager (OneIM) to drive IAM transformation, access governance, entitlement remediation, and role governance initiatives.

? Location: Spain – Remote

? Engagement: B2B Contract

? Experience: 5+ years with One Identity Manager

? Must-Have Skills:

- 5+ years hands-on One Identity Manager (OneIM)
- Strong knowledge of OneIM 8.x / 9.x
- Identity Lifecycle Management & Joiner-Mover-Leaver
- IT Shop, Attestation & Access Certification
- Role Management & RBAC
- Approval Workflows & Synchronization Engine
- NPA / Non-Personal Account Governance
- Entitlement Governance & Access Remediation
- Birthright Access and role mining
- Segregation of Duties (SoD)
- SQL querying and database validation
- PowerShell scripting
- AD / Entra ID integration
- Connector integrations and synchronization troubleshooting

? Key Responsibilities:





- Lead One Identity Manager technical design and implementation
- Define target-state IAM architecture and solution designs
- Lead NPA discovery, ownership, remediation and governance
- Drive entitlement rationalization and access cleanup
- Design and optimize RBAC and business role models
- Establish access request, approval, certification and recertification processes
- Analyze SoD risks and define appropriate controls
- Validate OneIM configurations, workflows, synchronization jobs and connectors
- Troubleshoot provisioning and synchronization issues
- Bridge business stakeholders and development teams
