Develop and update Terms & Conditions for B2B and B2C models Manage cross-border agreements between Spain and HQ Lead cross-functional projects and initiatives that affect multiple business units Propose and implement new legal processes and frameworks with strong autonomy Provide solutions balancing legal risk with commercial objectives Requisitos principales Degree in Law 4 to 6 years post-qualification experience Admitted to the Spanish Bar (valued) Bilingual English and Spanish (written and spoken) Experience in top-tier law firms and in-house in fast-paced tech environments Strong commercial and corporate law foundation Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating diverse commercial agreements Exposure to digital platforms, e-commerce, or tech sectors (plus) Cross-functional stakeholder management Autonomy and sound judgment Growth mindset and adaptability Contract drafting and negotiation Drafting and updating Terms & Conditions for B2B/B2C Cross-border contracting
