Responsibilities * Helping to support strategy development across plant operations in Portugal and Spain. * You’ll be responsible for translating business strategy into HR strategy and priorities. * Driving performance and people development across teams. * Leading organizational effectiveness and change initiatives. * Collaborating closely with management, Centres of Expertise and HR services teams. * Contributing to general HR strategy discussions. * Taking ownership of country-level HR projects and initiatives. * Championing the full employee lifecycle—from talent acquisition and onboarding to engagement, development, and offboarding—ensuring strong people practices across the organization. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Law, Labor Relations,



Business Administration or similar (Master’s in HR or MBA is a plus) * At least 4–5 years of HR generalist or BP experience in Portugal. * Experience working within manufacturing or production plant environment is mandatory. * Fluency in Portuguese, Spanish and English is mandatory. * Knowledgeable and understand Portuguese labor legislation. * Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills * Ability to work collaboratively in a matrixed, international organization Certifications & Qualifications * Bachelor’s degree * Master’s in HR * MBA #J-18808-Ljbffr
