We are looking for a Sales Capture Manager or Senior Manager with experience in Application Management Services (AMS) projects. The role focuses on driving sales opportunities related to maintenance and managed services, supporting clients throughout the full pre‐sales and capture lifecycle.

Lead and coordinate sales capture activities for AMS (maintenance and managed services) opportunities. Actively participate in public procurement processes, including RFIs, RFPs, and tenders, ensuring compliance with administrative and technical requirements. Coordinate the preparation of technical and commercial proposals for RFPs and RFIs related to maintenance and managed services.

Analyze documentation and translate requirements into structured sales and solution approaches. Professional experience in sales or capture roles focused on AMS (Application Management Services) or maintenance projects. English level B2 or higher.

Experience working in multidisciplinary bid teams (sales, legal, finance, delivery). Minimum 8 years of professional experience required in AMS sales.
