Overview In this role you will manage a portfolio of small-to-mid sized customers in Bilbao, acting as a strategic partner to optimize their supply chains. You’ll build trusted on-site relationships through regular face-to-face engagement and business reviews, driving growth and delivering tailored logistics solutions. Collaboration with Sales, Operations, and Product teams will ensure high-value outcomes and strong customer satisfaction. The position emphasizes local presence, proactive service, and ongoing relationship expansion. Responsabilidades * Manage and grow a Bilbao-region portfolio of small to mid-sized accounts * Maintain strong relationships via on-site visits and face-to-face engagement * Serve as primary customer contact ensuring responsive service * Conduct business reviews and strategic meetings to strengthen partnerships * Identify opportunities to expand logistics solutions within existing accounts * Collaborate with Sales, Operations,



and Product teams to deliver solutions * Analyze performance data to identify improvements and support decisions * Navigate challenging conversations professionally and articulate mutual solutions * Act as the voice of the customer internally to align priorities * Travel ~30% to customer sites to maintain local presence Requisitos principales * Minimum 5 years in Account Management, Customer Service, Sales, or a customer-facing role in logistics or freight forwarding * Strong CRM and communication skills * Experience conducting business reviews and customer presentations, handling difficult conversations * Fluent in Spanish and English * Ability to travel locally ~30% of time * Customer-focused * Proactive * Strong communication * Microsoft Excel * Microsoft PowerPoint * Copilot
