As a Cloud Infrastructure Software Engineer, you will design, deploy, and operate a scalable, highly available cloud platform underlying ClickHouse Cloud. You’ll collaborate with the core DB and security teams to deliver a secure SaaS offering, optimize routing and traffic, and improve performance and cost efficiency. This role sits in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment where you shape multi-cloud infrastructure and edge/service mesh components.

You’ll have a clear impact on reliability, security, and the overall customer experience.

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years of experience building and operating scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems
- Proficient in Go, C/C++, Java, or other OOP languages
- Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
- Experience developing cloud infrastructure services, preferably with Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud-native edge or service mesh (Envoy, Istio)
- Led and delivered large-scale technical projects with cross-functional teams
- Understanding of network topologies, protocols, and security (VPNs, xugodme firewalls, load balancers)
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices (encryption, access controls, SOC2, GDPR)
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a general team
- Strong problem-solving and production debugging skills
- Passion for efficiency, availability, scalability, and data governance
