We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Senior Warehouse&Logistics; Engineer to lead and develop the Warehouse department of our Spanish subsidiary. If you have a strong background in centralized warehouse management within the industrial market, we want to hear from you.

Position Summary The Senior Warehouse&Logistics; Engineer is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end warehouse operations, from receiving to delivery. You will act as a key player in ensuring inventory accuracy, optimizing warehouse layouts, and driving operational excellence. Reporting to the Logistic Manager, you will lead the local warehouse team, coordinate with cross-functional departments, and play a critical role in the centralized control and management of our regional warehousing operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Inbound & Outbound Operations:
2. • Receive stock from suppliers and allocate it into the warehouse using Sage X3 ERP, matching with delivery notes and resolving any discrepancies.
3. • Collect, package, and prepare all materials ordered by customers, focusing on material care and quality.
4. • Ensure timely delivery of orders to customers, coordinating with the Customer Service department to meet committed due dates.
5. Warehouse & Inventory Management:
6. • Maintain a well-organized, clean, and safe warehouse according to our standardized best practices.
7. • Analyze statistics, compile accurate stock reports, and keep inventory up to date by fixing any discrepancies.

• Maintain and upgrade the product database in the system when needed (new articles, changes, etc.).
9. • Manage the returns of any product in accordance with quality procedures, ensuring administrative connection with quality representatives and meeting required deadlines.
10. Cross-functional Collaboration & Administration:
11. • Provide administrative support to various departments of the company (Customer service team, Sales team, Finance team, Technical team etc.).
12. • Build solid relationships within the company through adequate, clear, and relevant communication.

Qualifications & Experience

- Over 8-10 years of proven experience in managing stocks for the Industrial Market.
- Highly desirable: Experience in centralized control and management (e.g., managing and controlling a European central warehouse, regional hub, or centralized warehousing operations).
- Valuable degree in Industrial Automation or related fields.
- Good level of Spanish and English
- Valid forklift license and used to moving packages manually.
- Desirable to live in Olèrdola or Vilafranca or the surrounding area.

Skills & Competencies

- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong analytical capacity with a pragmatic approach to fixing inventory issues.
- ERP Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Sage X3 (or similar ERP systems).
- Organizational Skills: Exceptional ability to keep a warehouse well-organized and standardized.
- Communication: Clear and relevant communication skills to interact with various departments and external suppliers.
