Job Purpose and Impact

(English Testing Description)

The Local Supply Chain Execution manager will guide material requirements planning and production planning for a team assigned to a group of production locations. In this role, you will provide guidance by setting goals and objectives that ensure integration of manufacturing policies, processes and programs, supervising production scheduling and material requirements planning for a large team across a network with medium high planning complexity.

The position may be based either in Martorell (Spain) or in Castelmassa (Italy).

Key Accountabilities

- Support our team through issue resolution process when supply does not meet demand.
- Provide support and advice to ensure appropriate master schedule, material requirements plan and production scheduling activities are performed to meet customer demand.




- Collaborate with IBP and Master Planners to ensure appropriate information flow between integrated business planning and tactical execution activities.
- Review and publish master production plans, production schedule, material requirements planning and customer service metrics targets.
- Review, Control and develop improvement initiatives for 3rd party plant logistic costs
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum requirement of 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Fluent English

Preferred Qualifications

- Two years of supervisory experience
- Italian and/or Spanish language will be a plus
