Scaling Global Connections

You will join our Optimization team as a technical account manager (L1) ---a forward-thinking group devoted to crafting innovative solutions for technical performance and stability.

Technical Ownership &

• Monitoring: Own the technical health of supplier integrations. Detect anomalies and performance degradation through technical KPIs and data analysis. Audits, Logs &

• Incident Investigation: Perform regular technical audits of integrations, catalogs, and configurations. Catalog, Credential &

• Mapping Management: Act as the owner of the mapping process execution and efficiency with all supplier accounts. Ensure correct configuration and quality of catalogs and active products. Optimization &

• Cross-functional Support: Collaborate with Product Supply and Engineering to implement and validate improvements.



Provide technical support and clear insights to Key Account Managers and internal stakeholders.

Our Tech Stack

Datadog, Looker.

Management: Jira, Confluence Messaging: XML/JSON. OTA Hotel message flows (availability, booking, confirmation, cancellation) Technical Environment: API-based integrations (XML / JSON), Log analysis.

Experienced: You have relevant experience in technical account management (L1) or supplier integrations (travel industry).

Analytical Expert: You have a strong understanding of API-based integrations and log analysis (XML / JSON). You are fluent in Spanish and have a working knowledge of English. A full-time contract with a versátil schedule---for real.

Hybrid Model: 1--2 days per week in-office. In case you are not based in Barcelona, we can be flexible and reduce it to once per month, 2-3 days at the office.

Barcelona Hub: Access to our city-center office if you prefer face-to-face connection.
