As Product Owner for a key Martech domain at easyJet’s new Barcelona digital hub, you drive customer data, activation and engagement capabilities to support commercial and operational airline needs. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a scalable Martech experience that enables personalised communications across the customer journey. Your work directly improves experiences from booking to travel day, while helping teams act faster and smarter. This is a mission-driven role at the heart of our digital transformation.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own the Martech domain backlog and prioritisation to support both commercial and operational use cases
• Collaborate with other Product Owners to align data and activation capabilities across the ecosystem
• Partner with engineering, data, CRM/marketing, UX, and operations teams to deliver high-value solutions




• Evolve tools like mParticle and Braze (CDP/engagement platforms) to support real-time triggers
• Break down complex data and activation problems into actionable stories and milestones
• Support end-to-end communication journeys including day-of-travel and disruption messaging
• Ensure data quality and orchestration enable accurate segmentation and timely operational alerts
• Communicate progress, trade-offs and constraints to senior stakeholders and cross-functional partners

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience with Martech products (CDP, marketing automation, CRM, or engagement platforms)
• Strong knowledge of mParticle, Braze, or comparable tools, especially in real-time/operational contexts
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and coordinate across multiple business areas
• Strong analytical mindset; data-driven prioritisation, segmentation, measurement, and optimisation of journeys
• Excellent communication skills; able to ad
