The Kitchen Trainee will assist the culinary team in the daily operations of the department, preparing the mise en place and supporting the different kitchen sections to gain a comprehensive understanding of kitchen operations and culinary techniques. You will be accountable for the preparation of food items, ensuring high standards of quality, taste, temperature and presentation. Free accommodation in a shared room; Internship allowance of 500€ gross per month.

Enrolled in Culinary Arts, Gastronomy, Hospitality & Hotel Management, or a related program (Diploma, Vocational Training, Bachelor’s or Master’s degree).

~ Fluency in English and Spanish (C1 level).

~ Passion for cooking and the hospitality industry.

~ Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is desirable.

~ Eligible to work in the EU and based in Ibiza during the internship.
