This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Key Account Manager CEE based in Spain.

As Key Account Manager CEE, you will play a central role in developing and strengthening strategic customer partnerships across Poland and the wider Central and Eastern European region.
You will work closely with food processors, contract laboratories, and senior stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions that create lasting value.
The role combines strategic account management, commercial development, relationship building, and data-driven decision-making.
You will take ownership of key accounts, developing tailored strategies that strengthen customer relationships and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
Using CRM insights, KPIs, and market intelligence, you will identify opportunities, optimize account performance, and continuously improve the customer experience.
You will collaborate with regional and cross-functional teams in an international environment, bringing together commercial, technical,



marketing, and customer support expertise.

Accountabilities

• Build, develop, and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic accounts, particularly food processors and contract laboratories across Poland and the wider CEE region.

• Engage with stakeholders at multiple levels of customer organizations, including quality, laboratory, procurement, and senior management teams, to understand business priorities and identify opportunities to deliver relevant solutions.

• Develop and execute strategic account plans designed to increase customer value, strengthen partnerships, improve retention, and drive sustainable revenue growth.
