As Virtuagym keeps on growing, we are now looking for a full-time Spanish-speaking Customer Success Manager (post-sale) working remotely from Spain. To support our growing customer base, we’re adding a second Customer Success Manager for the Spanish market, focussing primarily on the mid-market segment. You will be the first point of contact for your portfolio and play a key role in helping these customers achieve success with Virtuagym. Our head office is situated in the center of Amsterdam and while we foster getting together to exchange ideas and energy, we are a remote-friendly company. This is a full time and remote position from Spain where you will be working for our integral teams.
As our Customer Success Manager - Spain & Iberia,



you will own and develop relationships with a portfolio focused primarily on mid-market fitness businesses operating 5 to 50 locations.
You’ll guide customers through onboarding and implementation, support them as they expand Virtuagym across multiple locations and continuously look for opportunities to improve adoption, retention and growth. Your portfolio may also include customers outside Iberia, whom you’ll support in English.
Our Customer Success team is spread across Europe, including Spain, the Netherlands and Germany, and works closely with colleagues in Medellín. You’ll collaborate with the CSM already supporting the Iberian market, as well as our Sales, Product and Support teams.
Some of your key tasks as a Customer Success Manager
Own onboarding, training and implementation for your mid-market accounts, coordinating rollouts across their locations.
Support the key contacts in your portfolio with their day-to-day requests.
