About The Job

We are looking for a Regional Business Director who will become the cornerstone in the establishment of RaySearch in Iberia. This position will be responsible for all sales and marketing operations on the Iberian market, and have personnel responsibility for the locally employed team. The Regional Business Director will also be responsible for ensuring that relationships with key customers are maintained. This position has the responsibility and authority for achieving aggressive Regional sales targets across all product offerings.



The role also has the opportunity to explore business development in the Spanish and Portuguese speaking countries of Africa. The successful Regional Sales Director must maintain an effective sales in all assigned areas, develop and implement a tactical sales plan. This position will report to the Director of Sales Europe, Africa & Latin America of RaySearch Laboratories.

Your Main Task Will Be

• Develop business strategies and organization necessary to meet Iberia sales goals.
• Management of local staff.
• Direct sales activities and key account management.
• Management of distributor agreements.
• Monitor installation processes to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Working with RSL senior management to communicate strategic recommendations.
• Attend national and international meetings/shows for sales and marketing purposes.
• Travel, as required, to support customers and drive sales within the region.
• Grow existing accounts and expand market penetration for assigned channe
