We are looking to incorporate a Club Manager responsible for leading the overall operation of the venue, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while achieving the club’s commercial, operational and financial objectives.
The person in this role will have a strong focus on leadership, operational excellence and business performance, overseeing all aspects of the nightlife experience to maintain the highest standards of service, entertainment and luxury hospitality. Their main objective will be to drive profitability, develop a high-performing team and strengthen the venue’s position as a leading luxury nightlife destination.

What would your responsibilities be?
Leadership & Operations Management
• Lead the day-to-day operation of the club, ensuring seamless execution across all services and events.
• Oversee and coordinate operational teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality guest experience.
• Ensure compliance with the brand’s service, presentation and hospitality standards.
• Manage operational planning and resource allocation to maximise efficiency and performance.




• Identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery and operational effectiveness.
Commercial Performance & Business Growth
• Drive revenue generation and maximise the venue’s commercial performance.
• Oversee VIP table sales, reservations strategy and premium beverage revenue streams.
• Monitor operational and financial performance, identifying opportunities to increase profitability.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, operating costs and overall P&L; performance.
• Ensure business objectives and financial targets are consistently achieved.
Guest Experience & Brand Positioning
• Deliver memorable experiences aligned with the venue’s luxury lifestyle positioning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with VIP guests and key clientele.
• Manage guest feedback and resolve service issues promptly and professionally.
