We are seeking an accomplished Director of Human Resources to join the Executive Committee and play a pivotal role in shaping the culture, capability and future success of the resort.
About the Role This is a highly influential leadership position responsible for overseeing the hotel's people strategy and ensuring it supports the business's long-term goals. Working closely with the General Manager and senior leadership team, you will create an environment where talent thrives, leaders are developed, and associates are empowered to deliver exceptional service.

JOB SUMMARY The Director of Human Resources will report directly to the property General Manager, with a dotted-line (functional) reporting relationship to the Regional Senior Director of Human Resources and will be an integral member of the property executive committee.
