We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and results-driven General Manager to lead daily operations, manage team performance, and support the organization in achieving its business objectives. ? Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate team members to achieve departmental and company objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies, plans, and processes to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
- Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for team members.
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and guidance.
- Oversee daily operations and ensure tasks and projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve productivity and performance.
- Manage resources, budgets, and expenses effectively to support business goals.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Prepare and present reports, performance updates, and business insights to senior management.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and development of team members when required.
- Build a positive, professional, and high-performing team culture.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to business growth initiatives.
- Handle employee or operational issues professionally and provide timely resolutions.




- Work closely with senior management to execute strategic plans and achieve organizational targets.
